Happened to pass by this shop at Central Mall and lo and behold, it's the shop that my Christmas candy came from. I have always loved watching the live displays of cakes being decorated, and this was pretty cool to watch too.The candy comes in a roll that gets chipped off skillfully into smaller pieces.
